Need help with your IMTS exhibit?
IMTS is 222 days away!
The International Machine Tool Show (IMTS) occurs every other year, allowing attendees the chance to come together at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. For years, we have helped clients attending the expo with their design, build, and installs. In 2022, we helped over 15 clients with their exhibits and we are looking forward to creating exhibits for clients at IMTS.
If you are a first time Trade Show Manager looking for ideas on what to feature in your exhibit or an experienced veteran, we created a list of ideas below.
Ideas for your IMTS exhibit
- Utilize your Hanging Sign
- If you are limited on floor space due to large machinery taking up the your exhibit, use hanging signs to tell attendees about your brand. We created multiple hanging signs for a client attending AHR that not only informed attendees what they did but also brought a unique element to their exhibit.
- Create Fun Giveaways
- Let’s be honest, I love a good giveaway but usually it ends up taking over my office or getting thrown out after a year. Research fun trends that are practical for the every day attendee or something they won’t neccessarily get themselves. Pickleball was huge in 2023 and there are websites where you can order custom pickleball paddles.
- Make LED Panels a focal point
- There are multiple ways to use LED panels in your exhibit, from hanging them with your sign to incorporating them into the exhibit structure. LED panels are a great way for your company to show off your brand while also showing off videos of your product/services.
- Feature Custom Product Displays
- We created custom product displays for a client that attended Fabtech that featured artificial plants behind plexi glass with messaging from the company. Not only was it appealing to look at, the product display was functional for the client.
- Switch up your Flooring
- Print on your expo flooring to create a unique exhibit space. Or, add multiple carpet colors to guide your attendees through your booth. We recently built an exhibit for a client at AHR that featured LED lights in the flooring to break up the two different carpet colors.
