Branding Your Trade Show Exhibit

Aug 28, 2024

Does your exhibit reflect your brand?

Determining where to focus your company branding in your exhibit can be challenging. You want everything to include your logo, but you want your exhibit to be unique enough for attendees to be interested in learning more about your product/service. If you’re a new trade show manager tasked with branding your exhibit, or returning for another year, we’ve curated examples to show you how to customize your booth to fit your brand.

How you can brand your booth:

GRAPHICS

Graphics are an excellent way to explain your brand. Stanpac created a town square and promoted their products in front of it.

FLOORING

Curate Technologies at the National Restaurant Association Show

Don’t stop at exhibit components when describing your brand! Flooring can come in many colors and it can be an asset in your exhibit space. Ditching the traditional gray you see at trade shows, Curate added yellow carpeting that made a statement at The NRA Show.

LIGHTING

What makes a futuristic statement? Lighting! Just like using lighting in a house can make a space different, using lighting in an exhibit can enhance your look. Solmetex featured blue lighting all over their display from their counter to their product examples. By adding blue lighting to their exhibit it resulted in key areas for attendees to shift their focus on at the expo.

HANGING SIGN

Hanging signs bring attendees attention to your exhibit from the ceiling down. Depending on the message you want to convey, hanging signs can be appealing and add dimension to your exhibit. With a metal shop and seamstress in-house, we are able to create unique rental hanging signs that fit your brand like we did for RenewAire.

CUSTOM RENTAL EXHIBIT COMPONENTS

When it comes to product displays or custom rental components, our team excels at enhancing your brand on the show floor. If you’re not interested in a piece in our rental catalogue, we are able to create a custom rental piece that fits with your brand.

COLOR

Keeping in theme with a specific brand color can create a dynamic display if used correctly. JAKA captured red and white in their exhibit and the end result is an eye-catching display.
