Dimension Craft Partners with VenturEd at EMA AC25
Bringing VenturEd’s design to LIFE on the show floor
The Design Objective:
VenturEd wanted a life-sized Game of Life board that showed their company and mission while incorporating different elements, steps, interactions, and engagement for attendees.
Exhibit Challanges:
With a smaller exhibit space and a large list of needs, our team had to think creatively on how and where to add each element in their booth space.
How We Made It Happen:
Our designers reviewed the 8×16 booth space our client had in Austin. Next, they began to sketch a general layout to determine booth flow and a spot for each element. With Adobe Illustrator, our designer Ronan flattened the graphic space and designed VenturEd’s graphics and game board. After creating the initial design, we were able to visualize it in our 3D exhibit elements to ensure everything fit correctly. Throughout the planning process, VenturEd wanted to include a life size version of the car within their exhibit. We were able to create a 3D printed version with changeable people and we mounted it on their exhibit board. The end result was a visually appealing and creative booth that highlighted the Start to Finish process for VenturEd’s Life Cycle at EMA AC25.
