Double-Deck Exhibits
Do You Need a Double-Deck Exhibit?
Preparing for trade shows and determining what you need for your expo space can be a whole separate planning process. Depending on the industry, your exhibit might require a large amount of space for machinery or demo stations while leaving less room for branded structures. A double-deck exhibit could be the best option when creating a large impact, branded space while leaving the rest of the exhibit open for other marketing opportunities. But how do you decide what structure will benefit your organization? If you’re exhibiting with a larger exhibit footprint, a double-deck structure might benefit your company depending on these factors:
- Exhibit Space
- Depending on your exhibit space, your products might take up a majority of your floor plan. You might have large machinery that need safety partitions and space for exhibitors to view how they operate. With a double-deck structure, you are opting for a dedicated place to add branding while leaving the rest of the exhibit open for product and machinery.
- Conference Room / Lounge Area
- Create a lounge atmosphere above the show floor or underneath your double-deck exhibit. This allows attendees a place to relax. A double-deck structure also allows the opportunity for a semi-enclosed or fully enclosed conference space.
- Interactive Elements
- You can create an interactive area within a double-deck space. At PACK Expo in 2024, we partnered with Graphic Packaging to convert the bottom half of their double-deck space into an interactive demo station to show how their machinery operates.
- Branding
- A double-deck exhibit allows for a larger footprint to add unique messaging. You can include an LED Screen within your double-deck space to allow for product videos or informative graphics.
