Double Deck Exhibits

Feb 21, 2024

Attending a show in 2024 where you need to figure out how to incorporate all of your product while still allowing for an area for prospects to meet with your sales team? Build a double deck exhibit! A double deck exhibit allows your exhibit to have a second floor added to it. The structure creates a space that not only wows attendees but enables a practical application by giving you space for product but also gives you space for tables/chairs.

A double deck exhibit:

  • Adds the ability to show off more product without taking up space for a conference room
  • Displays a focal point with large graphics, eliminating the need for a hanging sign (but why not have both?)
  • Creates secluded conference rooms that are not on floor level
  • Enhances attendee experience
  • Produces an area for large LED displays

Let’s take a look at how our clients have utilized double decks in their exhibit

Kubota used the partially enclosed under deck area to focus a singular message in a powerful way—Sustainability.

OXO was able to showcase their product without taking up space for a conference room. By utilizing a double deck, they were able to have their meeting space upstairs overlooking the exhibit.

Mazak at Fabtech 2022 used their double deck as a VIP social area up top. The upper floor provided a nice overlook for attendees to see the company’s machinery.

Prima Power created a tech zone on one side of their exhibit and covered the front of their double deck to create a reception area for attendees.
