Exhibit Conference Spaces
Adding a Conference Space to Your Exhibit
There are many reasons to have a conference space in your exhibit. Your organization may want it to meet with your team before the convention opens, host client presentations, or close business deals. Regardless of your exhibit size, we have helped clients create dedicated areas in their display for a conference space.
Conference Space Options:
- Private
- Semi-Private
- Open
- Double-Deck
- Unique
Conference Space Examples
Private
LVD at FABTECH 2023 had an enclosed, private conference space. Inside, there was a wood panel feature wall with printed artwork on the walls.
Semi-Private
Num had partial walls with greenery to divide their space and block them from the show hall.
Open
Having a room set aside for a conference space can be impractical for most exhibitors. RenewAire had pockets in their exhibit with lounge furniture to sit with potential clients.
Double-Deck
Great Dane at TMC featured a double-deck exhibit with a private conference space underneath their hanging sign. The conference space had a conference table, tv, mini fridge, and counters.
Unique
Sodick utilized two walls of Clear LED Panels in their conference space (above). Inside, exhibitors were able to view the show hall while attendees outside could view Sodick’s videos. See how their exhibit looked on our Instagram page! Mazak’s conference space (below) held one wall of orange plexi glass that looked into their exhibit space.
