Machinery Exhibits

Machinery exhibits can have their own set of challenges and opportunities on a trade show floor. Where product focused exhibitors have more space to create displays and easier layouts, machinery exhibitors need to carefully review square footage to see where their equipment can be placed while also leaving room for exhibit components. What to consider when exhibiting with machinery:

  • Space
    • How large will your exhibit need to be to fit your equipment?
  • Power
    • Will you be operating your equipment on the show floor? If so, how much power will be needed for it to work properly?
  • Safety Walls
    • Depending on what kind of machinery is being shown to trade show attendees, will you need to ensure there are safety walls / safety rails?
  • Shipping Costs
    • Will you be factoring in shipping costs of your equipment into your total booth budget or a seperate expense?
  • Operations
    • Will you need to have a dedicated team for operating your equipment if it will be running on the show floor?
