Let’s Get Modular
Taking a larger exhibit to smaller spaces
Design and planning for multi-use exhibits can take time depending on what shows your company will be exhibiting at and the space size you have purchased. Picture your exhibit program like a jawbreaker, each show is a different color and flavor that you have to go through before getting to the next. Look to your past shows to see what exhibit components you can apply to your next that will keep your branding consistent. In the center of your program should be the defining feature of your company and surrounding it should be the components needed to highlight and showcase it.
What you can use at multiple shows:
- Exhibit Structure: Walls, Canopies, and Hanging Signs
- Specialty Pieces: Custom Counters, Custom Display Pieces, and Podiums
See how we have helped our clients take advantage of their exhibit components from 10×10 exhibits and up:
Melitta
A 10×10 can be more than a pop-up display! Melitta continued their branding from their larger 30×30 exhibit and carried it into their smaller space. Here are the pieces they used:
- A specialty sink was used in both their larger 30×30 exhibit and their 10×10 exhibit
- Counters
- Reused exhibit panels from their larger exhibit into their 10×10 exhibit
Mizuho
Mizuho can be seen taking full use of their exhibit components at multiple shows. They had exhibits that ranged in sizes from 30×50, 20×20, and 10×20. Each larger Mizuho structure can be identified with a large hanging sign and consistent branding through their graphics and counters. Exhibit pieces Mizuho utilized:
- Panels from their exhibit structure
- Reused their hanging signs
- Counter
- Lightboxes
Descartes
Descartes kept a common theme of white flooring and pops of blue. In Descartes exhibits, the consistent pieces they had was their:
- Counter
- Custom Kiosks
- High branding tension fabric structure that was also made into a Hanging Sign
