What’s Your Exhibit Feature?
You’ve booked the space, purchased the badges, finalized travel plans, and now all that is left to do is figure out how you will engage with attendees on the show floor. What makes attendees go up to your booth and away from competition on the show floor? You need an exhibit feature, something that appeals to an individual’s curiosity of your brand and what you have to offer. An exhibit feature can range from a game to a place for a photo opportunity.
Here are examples of how our clients created exhibit features on the show floor:
Descartes featured a pickleball area in their exhibit to engage with attendees. The goal was to hit the 50, 10, and the 25 marks on their exhibit structure. Not only was this a fun way to interact with attendees, it was also a great example of incorporating games into your booth.
CE North America featured a beverage cart in their exhibit space at The Inspired Home Show. The beverage cart allowed attendees to select from Red Wine, Prosecco, Pilsner, and more. To engage with attendees on social media, they included a hashtag #BUBBLESANDBREWSCHICAGO with a QR code on the door of the cart.
Raw Sugar featured an area in their exhibit for photos to be taken. Creating an area to take a photo can help generate brand awareness if they were to post it on social media or share with friends and colleagues.
Exhibit features can range from large LED screens promoting your service with an eye-catching video to interactive displays that can leave a long-lasting impression.
