Where can we store everything?

Exhibits are like apartments, limited space while trying to add in trinkets and mementos you want visitors to see. Your space might be large enough for a storage closet or storage room that can hold employee backpacks, a fridge for snacks, and boxes of giveaways. However, what if you have a smaller space or need more storage options other than a closet? Your car is too far to keep things in, you don’t want attendees tripping over suitcases of marketing material, and you want the space to feel like a showroom (without the added clutter). Your storage options can range from custom product displays to reception counters depending on what you are using them for. We selected a few options our team created for clients that exhibitors might find useful in their next booth below.

Storage Options:

Custom Product Displays

If you’re looking for a unique storage option, custom product displays might be a match for your exhibit. We created this unique product display for Sodick attending IMTS 2024 in Chicago. The structure was fitted with green LED lights, informative graphics, a lockable shelving system, and a lockable cabinet.

Cabinets

Cabinets can hold marketing material while still being able to show off products or other information. Inductive Automation at AUTOMTAE 2026 had 9 cabinets under tv monitors for product demos.

Reception Counter

Inside Descartes’ 10×20 exhibit, a reception counter filled half of their exhibit space and featured blue LED lights and lockable storage.

Product Pedestals

At PACK Expo 2025, MPAC had product pedestals against a wall within their exhibit space. MPAC was able to highlight different products on top of the pedestal, while having a lockable storage option with printed graphics.

Miscellaneous

At IMTS 2024 in Chicago, NUM had space for storage in their tables. The left side of the table had a lockable storage section, leaving room for two people to sit opposite from each other.
