Adding Features for Trade Show Attendees

Aug 12, 2026

How Do We Engage with Trade Show Attendees?

A simple question, yet every exhibitor can choose to answer it differently. There are different routes trade show managers can go when deciding how to interact with attendees. One route can lead to an educational seminar by creating a space where prospects sit and listen in a learning-based environment. Another route can create activities for guests to interact with your service offerings such as bracelet making or a cupcake decorating station. Depending on how you want to educate visitors and capture potential buyers is up to your brand. We broke down different features our clients included in their exhibits below:

Fun Activities

Helen Of Troy at ULTA Beauty World 2026

Pickleball

Bring the competitive spirit to the trade show floor. Helen of Troy created a fun pickleball court and large custom pickleball paddles for ULTA Beauty World attendees.

Bracelet Making

Hunter Douglas Hospitality created a bracelet making station in their BDNY 2025 exhibit. Visitors were left with a fun bracelet they made at Hunter Douglas Hospitality’s exhibit while promoting their product, as seen in their LinkedIn post here.

Cupcake Decorating

At The Inspired Home Show in 2025, Wilton created a Cupcake Decorating station within their exhibit. Attendees watched from different tables as a Wilton staff member walked them through different decorating techniques. The result ended in a fun experience where attendees were able to leave with the cupcake they decorated and promoted Wilton’s product offerings.

Popcorn Machine

Depending on show rules and regulations, a popcorn machine can be a great piece to add to your display. It creates a fun and engaging opportunity for booth staff to talk with guests as they wait for popcorn to pop.

Other Fun Options

Satelytics

Presentations

Informing potential buyers about your product is key to having them understand more about your company. Satelytics created a lecture space within their exhibit that included rows of seating, monitors, and clear LED to engage with guests.

Projected Installation

Depending on size and space within your exhibit, a projected installation might best suit your marketing needs. We created a projected installation underneath Graphic Packaging’s double-deck exhibit that allowed visitors the opportunity to see their products in action.

Coffee Lounge

At The National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago this year, Melitta created a coffee lounge within their exhibit. Coffee can make a great stop for visitors when walking the show floor while also creating a space for attendee interaction.
